Once artwork has been paid for the items will be shipped to the final destination. Please note shipping costs are nett to client and we can not take responsibility for the work while being shipped hence optional insurance should be bought for shipping as quoted on the website.
For overseas deliveries please contact email@example.com to arrange a quotation and insurance.
Once an art work has been purchased and delivered we are happy to take the art work back if you are not happy with your purchase and refund our clients however the shipping and any other costs incurred ( credit card charges and shipping costs back to our offices in JHB or point of departure of each art work ) need to be refunded to iBi Art (Pty ) LTD.
